RV-94
Developed as a modern variant of traditional weapon design, the RV-94 is a powerful double-action marksman revolver designed for use in fast and devastating takedowns with lethal accuracy and precision.
Chambered in 12.7x33mm (.50AE), the same cartridge dimensions used in the Desert Eagle in the 21st century, the RV-94 packs a surprising punch as well as featuring a large number of electronics inside.
Ammunition
Standardly chambered is the RV-94's 12.7x33mm 325-grain M94R multipurpose cartridge, capable of both rudimentary armor-piercing and unarmored target takedown capability via the use of a composite bullet core. The round is extraordinarily powerful, and can easily travel up to 1,230 mph.
Alternatively, the RV-94 can also be loaded with the M94AP armor-piercing round or the M94HP hollow-point round.
The M94AP is a sharper, higher-pressure round used to punch holes in up to 30mm of steel. Due to the round's high velocity, overpenetration is all but guaranteed when the round is used on unarmored targets.
The M94HP is a hollow-point round designed for effectively and devastatingly taking down a target using a composite crumple bullet core intended for maximum spread upon striking a target. The round, while ineffective against unarmored targets, is often capable of killing a person in a single shot or two.
Attachments
To offset the weapon's massive amount of recoil from its cartridge, the RV-94 has a special gyroscopic stabilizer inbuilt under its barrel to help distribute and manage the recoil from the weapon. This allows the revolver to have only a recoil travel length of 1.1 inches, allowing it to be easily fired without much difficulty on the wielder's end.
The weapon, for sights, comes standard with stock iron sights but can be modified to fit a ring sight instead.
